Great location, next to the old town and on the strip for the new town. Very close to the beach. Very clean comfortable apartments with all you would require. Daily cleaning, if required. Great breakfast each morning with a selection to suit all tastes. Would have no hesitation in coming back here again. The staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Excellent food. Hygiene and cleanliness.Good facilities in the apartments and around the complex. Great location.It will be our Accomodation of choice when we return to Lanzarote for holidays. all reviews » I really liked that when we booked a cab for 5am the next morning, the young man behind the desk organised a packed breakfast which was in our room later that evening. We hadn't even thought of breakfast. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous and friendly. The girl who cleaned our apartment was very thorough and friendly. Even though she did not have much English every day she tried to converse with us as much as possible. The breakfast was lovely and the staff in general were very friendly. Everything was just perfect.Great value,excellent location, Apts were very large n very clean. Breckie was great. Could not find anything bad 2 say. Stayed with 3 families old n young n all very happy with service n quality. Wud go again. Wi fi very poor. Room246 facing area where people working in some big shop have there tobacco break so privace is a problem. Building work in the area mention you could not open your balcony door due to noise between 9am and6pm each day. Just back from a lovely relaxing holiday at Apartamentos Fariones. The apartment was very comfortable and spotless, cleaned every day. Breakfasts were excellent, staff were very helpful and facilities were great. Can't wait to return. We recently stayed, was absoutley delighted with the apartments exceptionaly clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, located close to everything excellent nightlife and selection of resturants. We were in an apt on the ground floor, and while it was really lovely , I would prefer one on the upper floors for a little more privacy and views of the sea. Ground floor is great for anyone with children or if walking is a problem. We had no dislikes. There was nothing I didn't like. The poolside sunbeds were available when we used go for breakfast each morning at 8.00a.m. For some reason, however, the sunbeds on the rooftop were not available until 9.00a.m. and on some mornings we were not allowed up to the rooftop sunbeds until 9.20a.m. Nothing really bad to say. Pool a bit on small size. But so close to beaches its not a major issue. Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast very nice maybe there should be a waiting system in the morning. Bed was on the hard side and creaked quite a bit. Didnt have a sea view as requested and there was noisy building work close by starting early most mornings at 08.30. A large rockbraker was in action. Snack choices in the bar were a little limited. The option of having a double bed instead of two singles would have been nice. A little crowded at breakfast, room didnt have air condition - some of the newer rooms have air conditioning. Lack of evening entertainment. We made an effort to stay two out of six evenings but bar was dead. The only fault we had was there was not a lot of English programs on the television at night. Small pool area can be confined as sun loungers are close together. Ground floor apartments not very private as people walk by.Upper floor apartment recommended. no dislikes everything was perfect. Hairdryer useless - you would have to bring your own. Think the price is slightly overpriced due to the brand name. My apartment was right next to the swimming pool. At night time I could hear the movement of the water......took a while to fall asleep the first night there. There should be aircontation in every room as its very hot and a lot of older people stay there and need to keep cool . Our apartment was facing a wall. Very expensive for no view and we choose one of the more expensive appartment options woth a request or a view. our booking was short notice. On arrival we were informed the hotel was full. I can't understand why here were different prices for only one apartment?. Nothing very much on offer as evening entertainment at apts. No air conditioning. poolside very busy.sunbeds booked by holidaymakers very early and not always used. No Air conditioning Fan provided noisey. Nothing. Why no Sky Sports in the bar area? We love golf, rugby, soccer etc! It would pay for itself in no time and save us having to go to other bars!. Apartment could have been a bit bigger. And television needs to have English Chanel's. Small pool for size of hotel. The bar in hotel was very quiet. On this occasion the wifi was down. Beds were like wooden planks, could not sleep one bit. The lunch left a lot to be desired. Not as big a space as expected. Expensive for what we got. Sometimes noisey outside or above at 8am in the morning. No complaints. Cramped at Bfst wait for table Property size has outgrown facilities-cramped around pool(too small for amount of guests) even with additional decking-although we had air con we were told top Apts only a Fan!!!. Over crowding at swimming pool. Too many sun beds....would not even lie there. Entertainment Pool - cold water Apartment without Aircon. plastic under bottom sheet made sleep a little on the arm side.
