Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Key collection takes place at Plaza de la Señoría, 2, between 16:00 and 20:00. Please note guests are required to pay a refundable deposit of EUR 100, which will be returned at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned guests will be charged 75 EUR. If the pool pass is not returned guests will be charged 35 EUR. Late check-in is available on request for an extra cost of 35 EUR.
