Great hotel right in front of a beautiful beach. Beautiful room with huge comfy bed and mallorquin/arabic motives opening to an amazing view from the balcony to the bahia and the boats afar, perfect for my wife to enjoy her birthday sunrise. The staff at reception, breakfast and room service were very kind and attentive. The beach was literally 10 steps away and breakfast was amazing at the open, sea-level terrace, less than 20 steps from the water. Highly recommended!.
all reviews » A small and friendly hotel in a fantastic location - breakfast right next to the beach on Pine Walk is just perfect. It's worth booking a room with balcony at the front. Port de Pollensa is a great base to explore the north and east sides of Majorca. We had a fantastic room with a wonderful balcony to enjoy the wonderful views of the bay. The hotel although small has lots of lounge areas to relax in. It's location by the beach is just perfect, would most definitely return. The location is excellent right on the beach. Very Quiet during the night. It has been renovated to a good standard and the air conditioning is quiet but effective. the room cleaning was excellent and done without fuss. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because our ferry was going to be cancelled. Big disappointment! We were totally delighted with the hotel and our room (209) and will be back as soon as possible!. Even though the weather let us down the hotel more than made up for it. The staff were so friendly & very efficient. Excellent position along the Pine Walk & close to the restaurants & shops. The room selection is based on availability when you arrive. We did not get a balcony for the first few days. Also there is no drinks area for hotel guests after 7.00pm as the restaurant is not run by the hotel and it takes over all tables for dinner. There was not really anything I didn't like it was A1. Our room was at the rear. If you get the chance book a room at the front. The bedroom was a bit small, however the en-suite shower room was very well designed. But there was not enough wardrobe space for two and no space for long dresses. The shower room door did not seal the water in-needs re- working. Pity because they are obviously trying very hard to keep abreast of the market. 3 star rating accomodation, but breakfast, while of good quality, did not have the variety expected of the higher grade these days. There is nothing we didn't like but a few changes that we would make would be to have a set of drawers in the room and the opportunity to be able to have a drink at the bar before setting out to dinner as all the tables seem to be set for dining at the hotel. People who eat at the hotel in the evening (not guests!) who let their children run wild on the beach and disturb other diners!. The lift was a bit slow. Breakfast coffee was disappointing compared to the excellent coffee served at other times of day. Nothing. they forgotten to to say in web they didnt have any rooms left. steep stairs. The rooms were a little small. OK for a short stay but would have been claustrophobic if we had been there longer. Bedrooms at the back of the hotel were a bit nosy in the mornings. Breakfast could be improved with a small effort . No fresh orange juice in a country that grows oranges ??. Small Bathroom.
