The 20.00 hrs dinner start is far too late, 19.00 would be a reasonable compromise to suit all nationalities. Tea and coffee making facilities should be provided in a hotel that claims to be 4 star standard. It was a surprise to find charges levied for use of the "fitness facilities" and 8 euros for 45 minutes on an exercise bike was extortionate.No particular. Had to pay for the room on arrival but as on half board we had to pay for drinks on departure - as the room was reserved by credit card why couldn't we just pay on departure as is acceptable at other hotels?. The main meal options and standards were poor. Food was not very hot and choices could be better. No tea making facilities in rooms...Cost of use of Wellness Centre. Lack of tea making facility in rooms...No Tea/Coffee available at Lunch and Dinner times..you must pay €2.50 per person for this in bar...Excessive cost for use of sauna etc..it cost me €32 each time the 4 of us went there. The staff were not at all friendly, they all need to go to charm school. Lack of flexibility, I was working and had to be away early and back late, there was no room service for meals and as meaal times were set this was no good for me. Also the buffet very quickly got boring as the variety each night was limited.
