Very friendly staff, always willing to help you out. Bungalows and the territory are kept well, everything is clean. In the bungalow, you will find everything you need, including a coffeee machine and a tiny kettle :) We definitelly recommend this hotel - it is very quiet there, it has great location (5 mins to the ocean, supermarkt, shopping center and so on) and very good price! all reviews » Great position, just a short walk from the beach, the sand dunes, the sea-front restaurants. We rented a car for a few days, I loved the fact they brought the car straight to our door. Very nice swimming pool, super quite over night, air con on both floors of the bungalow, solar panels on each bungalow to save energy, very clean and well mantained. Staff very helpful all the time since the very first contact via email. The Playamar Bungalows was a beautiful small complex in an excellent location. It was very well maintained and it was a gated complex which gave great security and privacy. It was comfortable and well furnished. The pool and pool area were spotless and the guests were very well behaved. They were mostly Germans and Scandinavians. Spotlessly clean lovely gardens and swimming pool. AC worked brilliantly and apartment though small was well appointed and very quiet. Plenty of restaurants close by and buses within a few minutes walk. Staff friendly and helpful. The duplex accommodation ("bungalows") has mediocre sound insulation, so we could hear the neighbours walking up the stairs or coughing. Not an issue if said neighbours are the off-season crowd but might be a problem when boistrous children are around. Also distinct shortage of wall-sockets for computers, etc. Nothing. There was virtually nothing to dislike. We had a wonderful week there and will certainly consider returning in future. The only improvement might be the strengthening of the wifi signal, so that the service can be used anywhere in the bungalows. In Playa del Ingles there has not been invested € 1,00 since I was there in 1995. Shopping malls are very old fashioned and many shops are closed asa consequece of the crisis. Walls a tiny bit thin, you can sometimes hear people going up the stairs next door. Wifi is poor, if your not sat directly around the pool the wifi is completely useless and refuses to load even from the balcony. Thin walls - could constantly noises from adjacent apartments. A little cold swimmingpool. Poor Wi-Fi connection; сlorine smell of towels. do not use shuttle bus service, we were contacted and offered a pick up from the airport and agreed, when we arrived no sign of pick up so we had to get a taxi which cost more. Also we requested a double bed but were given 2 singles. If it was not possible to get a double bed then that was fine but request was ignored. The pick up ddisappointment meant a bad start to our holiday though the bungalows themselves were very good. I wished they had more television channels.
