Beautiful design, simple and modern. Room was large with quality fittings and furniture. Roof terrace very comfortable, quiet and relaxing and a perfect way to start and end the day. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spa was a good addition. Excellent location as it was in a quieter area of Palma, near to the Cathderal and away from late night noise. We would certainly return here. The Hotel room was decorated beautifully and the staff were so friendly. The views from the terrace were amazing and it was a lovely way to end the day. The hotel was just a stroll away from the cathedral. Breakfast was impressive too!.

Highly recommend for a city break. Great location in quiet part of town, but only5 mins from the cathedral and 10 mins walk into heart of Old Town bars and restaurants. Fantastic staff. Sound-proofing inadequate - heard another guest using hairdryer !?! Surely tea/coffee making facilities are the norm for a 4 * ?. No mirror in room only in bathroom. Bit noisy from room above. No information in room regarding hotel services.Parking is a major headache. Acoustics: Bedroom door had a significant gap at the bottom, which meant noise traveled from corridor, so unsuitable for light sleepers.Only SKY news. No SKY sports, Late check out fee whether 1 hr or more. bedroom doors all close very loudly and furnishings cheap quality. air con was switch off was unbearly hot at night this was in october. For a spa hotel, the spa facilities really are too small and don't accommodate more than one family at a time. The room should have an extra mirror (there is only one in the bathroom). At this day and age and for this price, I would expect an iPod player to be available in the room. Overall, not really good value for money. We stayed at this hotel for two minutes our room wasn't ready, and the hotel appeared unfinshed, the spa has to be seen to be believed as this this is in a dark dingy basement. Strange.
