the view from the hotel was very nice and well located.Reception staff on arrival not professional and had to change rooms to get what we had booked for. We paid supplement for superior room and were offered a standard room-changed when we complained, but superior room had used towles and obviously had been used for quick shower.Room was very cold, no heating at at all in the room.Ok in sunnmmermonthds bit not in winter.Dining room also cold, warmest plavce was inthe bar but it was smoky.Food - indifferent. I asked for a double bed(no twin) and they put us in a room with three single bed.they couldn't even let us in a room where I could sleep in the same bed than my boyfriend!. room cleaning was very bad. Very unfriendly staff. Rather dirty place. Throughout my stay, there wasn't a minute with wireless internet connection, although it was stated, that there was such. I had to pay each time I used the internet in the hotel, and out of four computers, two never worked, so everybody had to wait in line. A definitely poor hotel.

Standard rooms are situated on the hotel’s lower floors and have a terrace, a normal TV and a normal bath in the en suite bathroom.
