The hotel is situated rigth in the center, with shops all around and walking distance to everything. Very nice and big rooms and there is a roof terrace as well. Breakfast was very nice.A good central location,large room with balcony, good selection for breakfast and helpful and friendly staff.location, roof top garden, general comfort. The whole experience. The location of this hotel is fantastic...walking distance to all of central Palma. Our room was large, modern and had a very nice balcony over the busy street (a plus for us!). Also, less than one block away is El Corte Ingles, so you can buy anything you need. The bus stop (with buses from the airport) is only a few blocks away. Super breakfast!. outstanding stay I believe we had the best room in the hotel (803), with it's own balcony that over looked the city and the sea. Plenty to eat for breakfest included in the price. Staff very helpfull with directions and ideas. Large bathroom. What is not normal is that there was very noisy works in the hotel whichstarted at 8 am. In fact we had holidays in construction site. The hotelshould be closed for such works and it's dishonest to continue toreceive customers in these conditions. I am really angry and regret notto go to tourism authorities for claim when I was there.Yes bedroom 602, nice view from window! but what was the linking bedroom for? Looked like an operating theatre! Bed very small, lights missing in bathroom, no plug for bidet.

By Car (from Palma de Mallorca’s Son Sant Joan Airport):
- Take the motorway to Palma and stay on it until you cross in front of the cathedral.
- Then take Avenida de Antonio Maura (the turning after the cathedral).
- At the end of Avenida de Antonio Maura, you will be in Avenida de Jaime III - turn left. The hotel is situated on Avenida de Jaime III.

By Bus (from the port):
Take the number 1 bus to Paseo Mallorca, which is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the port, the journey should take about 10 minutes
