the spa was excellent with sauna, steam room and warm water pools. The staff was friendly and helpful.Location. location close to the beach.water program. The equipment at the fitness center was quite poor.Poor information on distances to San Sebastian and nearby restaurants. The hotel staff should take a hotel management ond customer service course. The rooms were clean, but the hotel lobby and the hotel grounds outside was in a terrible state, considering our stay was in the high season.
