A damages deposit of EUR 100 is payable in cash on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the villa has been checked. Key collection takes place at the offices of Villas Axarquia. Office opening hours from November to March: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:30. Office opening hours from April to October: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 21:00, Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 20:30. For arrivals outside office opening hours and on bank holidays, check-in and key collection takes place at Hotel Jimesol, Calle Chaparril 16. Guests must go to Villas Axarquia the next day to complete check-in. Check-in after 21:00 carries a EUR 30 surcharge. If you expect to arrive outside office opening hours, please inform Villas Axarquia in advance. Cleaning is done upon departure. Sheets and towels are provided and are changed every 7 days. The emergency telephone number is on the booking confirmation. Pets up to 2 kg carry a EUR 50 charge. Pets over 2 kg carry a EUR 100 charge. Please inform Villa Riosol in advance of your expected arrival time.
