Amapolas is approximately 800 metres from Moraira's famous El Portet Bay, where you can find small shops and restaurants. It is just 2km from the centre of Moraira. This bright, modern, well-equipped villa offers panoramic views of the hills from its patio, kidney-shaped swimming pool and upstairs veranda. Bedrooms are located upstairs and there are stairs down to the pool and sun patios. Entrance through a spacious shaded veranda with barbecue facilities leads into a lounge-diner with satellite TV, a DVD player and WIFI connection. There is a modern fitted kitchen, with a fridge, hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A toilet and shower are shared by 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. There is another twin bedroom with a ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. The villa has central heating. There is a room at pool level which is closed off for the owners´ possessions.

Key collection takes place at the office during the following times: Opening times in summer: 1 April to 31 October Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 and 17.00-19.00 Saturday 10.00-19.00 Winter opening times: 1 November to 31 March Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 If you wish to check in outside of these hours please contact the property directly. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for EUR 12 per person per week. Pets are accepted for EUR 40 per animal per week. A high chair can be rented for EUR 25 per week. Electric fans can be rented for EUR 10 per fan per week. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle Bacalar 12, 03720 Benissa Alicante. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
