very close to the centre, the spa pool was lovely. the price for stay is very good. Even the cost to enjoy some mini bar is very reasonable. Good value for money and excellent location for accessing the old town. The location was great, the room clean, and the staff were efficient. Hotel well positioned, good friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Superior room excellent size and terrace got the afternoon sun.

I highly recommend requesting a room with a balcony - the ones without have terrible of a tiny dark courtyard. Front desk staff were great. Mateo was helpful in answering questions and making recommendations. Jose was a great guy and was extremely resourceful and went above and beyond. William made sure we had a nice room.Convenient to the centre of the city and the rail link to the Airport. The room was spacious and airy and had the added bonus of a balcony. I was not able to sleep more than 6-7 hours (except one monday) while I was in the room to have a rest.I am English and do need to drink tea, I should of taken a travel kettle with us. The only disappointing thing abut this hotel is the WiFi Internet. Although there is a router/modem box locked in an office on every floor, reception is non-existent in floors 3 and up. None! You might be lucky on the 2nd floor. Best choice is to use your laptop in the hotel lobby. Staff is aware of the problem but it's the hotel management's responsibility to install signal amplification.Bar facilities not the best.Breakfast provisions for later eaters could be improved. Hot Breakfast was cold on final morning.The breakfast was not up to much - stale bread rolls. The coffee shop in the Art museum would be a better bet. Although efficient, the staff were surly, and did not try to be helpful. Very disappointing. Because of this fact, I would not return to the hotel or suggest anyone stayed there.The hotel was fine. the airco didn't work good, so it was much too hot in the room.Little difficult to locate. the room was slightly small (but adequate for a short stay). standard rooms are quite small, wifi only available in the lobby, smell of drains in bathroom, mattress and pillows not that confortable. Could not make a hot drink in room. WiFi didn't work and other than call the technician who didn't come, nothing was done. The phone worked fine except for international calls which didn't work at all. Needs a better bar facility. Staff weren't interested in serving and recommended using bars elsewhere. no radio and regular tv in room,cattle tea coffee... Public parking garage instead of private parking. The Parking!! the hotel does not have parking but tell you to go to the carpark round the corner. They insist on you leaving your car keys overnight which we were not willing as we do not know if they are insured etc to move our car so we had to go to another carpark which was a hassle. The female member of staff at breakfast was very rude and unhelpful and made us feel very unwelcome!!. The room we stayed on the 7th floor was very stuffy. The air-condition was making good fan noise but there was no air coming out from the vent. We notified the house-cleaner the next day and it was fixed when we got back. But still, air-condition was not as effective - guess it was summer when outside temperature soared over 35C.Very Poor Breakfast. We arrive after midnight and there was big problem, how to go to thehotel - the shuttlebus works only until midnight...Noisy. You can hear nearly all the sounds from the neighbouring rooms. Location is far from the center. Traffic noise outside room and breakfast. wireless internet not working. Wireless internet is not stable and not working in some of the rooms, i had to change 3 rooms for this reason. The room service is poor, they are not filling up the minibar, if something is used.Room size was really small. After an extra bed was put in the room (as we stayed triple), there was no place to even move in the room!!. room far to tiny for two people. poor refeshment availablity. staff not interested in custmomer - more interested in searching web on reception computer.
