Central location - museums, cafes and bars just moments away; 15 minutes walk to the seaside; walking distance to the train station.
The studio apartment was very modern and spacious with a power shower and a comfy bed.
On arrival we got a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.
We have informed Juan of our check-in and check-out times and both times someone waited for us, so we haven't had any problems.

The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom as well with a great shower, the bed was good, decoration was nice. The owner received us well and we were offered a bottle of cava.

Very good localization, close to downtown, sights, shops, restaurants.
To renfe station about 10 min by foot so very good connection with the
airport. Room clean with fridge, cooker, micro-viewer, utensils. Towels
in the bathroom. There isn`t cleaning service but for me it’s a plus. We
arrived at Sunday afternoon and there wasn`t any problem with checking-
in because we sent an e-mail with time of arriving, so somebody was
waiting for us.
Noise outside the window is unbelievable. We were staying in apartment Nr5 located on a corner of the building, one of the windows facing the construction site. Noise starts after 7am on weekdays and windows are not soundproof, so we were waking up with a feeling of being in the middle of the construction site. Earplugs helped, and we slept though it, but the noise was so loud that it wouldn't suit a more sensitive sleeper.
The internet didn't work.
no instructions on leaving, no one there, nowhere to leave keys.
Unfortunately, I didn`t managed to sleep even one of the five
nights. At night you could hear voices from the street and people
who return from the bar to the apartment next door. Also for the
whole stay next building was repaired. Workers began to work before
8 am and ended up at 11 pm. Once I was afraid that the building will
fall apart it was so noisy and everything was shaking. Even though
the apartment is ok I would recommend it only to people who do not
intend to rest during your stay.
