The guy was welcoming and friendly, the location is perfect, near the city center and the beach. The appartment is merely not ready for rent. No curtain, everyone can see you, from the street or your neighbours, you will be like fishes in an aquarium. If you like your privacy, run ! The blankets were dirty and smelly, the paint on the walls desperately need to be retouched . The couch was not comfortable at all ! My back was hurting after 10 min on it. And it was very cold at night. Not Worth the price.
