It was comfortable and just what we needed at the time. The apartment was very nice lots of room. convienent to major venues.Nicely-furnished and comfortable apartment includes washing machine, stove as well as cooktop and microwave, Wifi etc. Adequate range of cooking implements. The noisy people outside at night - which is not any fault to the hotel of course.Very noisy on the Friday night due to loud music from a "club" near the apartment. there were many prosititutes in the area along with sex shops not a good family venue.Very poor sound insulation -- meant that every footstep and moved bit of furniture sounded like it was happening right next to you. Other guests playing music, dancing and socialising until 4am or later make earplugs a necessity if you want to sleep.

Old Town Apartments is an international apartment company offering comfortable, spacious apartments in the city centre in Madrid.
We have multilingual staff, which are always at hand to help with your comfort and personal enquires. All you have to do is lay back, relax and enjoy this fantastic alternative to a stuffy hotel! Let us do the work for you.
Our properties are good value for money and a short walking distance to most tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping and drinking establishments.
*Please note we have apartments all over the city centre and they are not located in the same building. On arrival you need to come to the office to pick up the keys and the map with directions to your apartment.*
Important information to guests
All guests should contact the property office at least 1 hour prior to arrival to confirm the check-in procedure. A contact telephone number will appear with the booking confirmation.
Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of EUR 50 per person.
Arrivals between 23:00-01:00 will be charged an extra supplement of EUR 25. This rises to EUR 40 between 01.00-03.00. Check-in after 03.00 is by prior appointment only.
Please note that this property has several locations. Guests are kindly requested to check in at the central office, at the address stated on the booking confirmation.

By Metro:
From the airport, take line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios and change onto line 10 in the direction of Puerta del Sol. The nearest station to the property is Tribunal (exit Calle Barceló). Take the first street on the left, Calle de Churruca, and the office is located on the corner of this street with Calle Apodaca.
