the design of the key, this hostel use something like a watch as a key to the door and the locker,it´s very great! the staff are friendly and nice. the location is great. Nice rooms. Cool, modern keys. Good wifi. Lots of activities offered by the hostel. Good facilities. Very walkable to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. When the electricity in my room didn't work I got placed in another room without any trouble. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.
