The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable and the location good, beside metro and railway station. Did not eat there as so many cafés nearby, so cannot comment on food. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent. The location was wonderful next to the Metro and local places to eat. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Could not be more helpful. Genuinely seemed pleased to see us.
