I liked the location of the hotel as it was in the middle of Gran Via, opposite Callao Metro and approx. 3 minutes stroll from Gran Via Metro. Both lines were what I needed access to for each trip I went on. The room was very clean and the staff changed towels daily which was nice. Excellent location - right in the heart of Madrid. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful view. Perfect choice if you are more interested in the location of the hostel than in the facilities of the room.
