All of the simple, air-conditioned rooms have flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. They also have a safe and a private bathroom, and all rooms have tiled floors and heating.

The central location was ideal for us as we had no car. It was in a quiet street plus double glazing kept out the noise.
The newly tiled bathroom was clean and the shower had excellent pressure!
The staff was friendly and even though could not speak much English was helpful and friendly.
If you are looking good price, good location close to the principal
attractions, you have to decide for this Hostel. Really good price,
clean and very close to the subway stations (Callao and Gran Vía), Plaza

The location is perfect. The staff was helpful and nice. And also really stong, the receptionist guy just ran up with our huge luggage. :).

Cheap, clean, central location.
The room is small, there are two pubs in front of the Hostel and they do
little noise but without problems. An important thing maybe you have to
consider is the fact that in the corner there are some quiet girls
offering sex but really most of the time you don't notice that they
are there. So, you may stay in this Hostel with your children without
problems but the small room.
The only problem was the bathroom, it smelled bad and no air-moving. It wasn't really clean but ok. No elevator.
staff does not speak English but you do not need anyway. I paid 5€ for luggage storage for one day. I would expected it free of charge.
Wi-fi is very low in the rooms far from the reception.
Noisy.
Non-english speaking staff, tiny rooms and bathrooms, no refrigerators, no cheap parking nearby (you should expect that). Very loud door bell on reception was ringing all the night, so I had to use earplugs.
Really bad smell in bathroom.
