Leisure trip to Lugo, eg., Roman Wall, Cathedral, Municipal Museum. The hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming.No. On the day of departure there was a problem with the electronic lock on our door and following breakfast we could not get into our room. It took the staff two hours to solve this problem. Finally someone had to climb through our window which luckily we had left open. Had the window not been open I am not sure how long we would have been delayed. This accounts for the fair rating on hotel staff.
