Good size room. Clean (except dust under bed). Very helpful staff. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful...especially when we wanted to pay by lots of different means!. Friendly Staff, Spacious comfortable apartment. Proximity to piste, ski school. proximity to sky resort. Apartments are very clean, modern, warm and comfortable.

The closeness to the slopes, spacious apartments.The location. Spa - much mentioned and photos ..but then you find that it costs extra. Not many hotels do that to guests.No body in the hotel at 22.00. Better drop off area for cars, charge for guest parking. the hotel applies a standard checkout time of 11AM, taking in account it is a hotel for skiers, a late checkout would be mandatory, for instance, 4PM. Cafe /restaurant lacks atmosphere, food OK , but room for improvement here. Would benefit from its own lounge/ bar. Apartments need a proper toaster!!!. except for the room, you need to pay for every other facility (like swimming pool etc.). Lack of a bar and sitting area in the sun. Cleaning service includedjust making up the beds. Ridiculous fee to use the swimming pool; no food or drink on site; no literature orienting me to the hotel. The hotel had made a mistake and didn't have the size of apartment we had booked so we had to settle for a smaller one. The apartment stank of smoke. Cleaning was very bad, the floor was not cleaned properly during the three days we stayed in the room.The whole hotel feels a bit run down.The cleanliness of the pool area was poor, the jacuzzi´s were covered with dirty foam, the hamam had no steam. Plus we had to pay 10 euros per adult to go in! Also, the apartment kitchen was poorly stocked, with not enough cutlery, glasses or crockery for 4 people. We had to carry all our luggage to our apartment which was very far from reception, because there was no luggage trolley. Being 7 days before the high season and having suscribed to a "thermalspecial", I was surprised and far from happy to see that the spa and thehamam were closed, the special jacuzzi closed as well and that it tookmore than 24 hrs to find the massotherapeute. Also, after having a latedinner (not so late being in Spain...), we hit a locked door and adarkened reception.
