The calmness and the beautiful view down towards the sea. The house we where in was well equipped and clean (without being luxurious) and has everything to spend your time in the house in comfort. The owners are very friendly and helpful people who can give you lots of information about what to visit, where to eat shop etc. If you are with more than three people you can rent more than one house. There is a common area (I forgot how they call it and you are not forced to use it) where you can ha.
