Very helpful staff, spoke English. The room was spacious withlovely quality covers, very reasonably priced mini bar which wasgreat in the heat. the staff was very nice, very helpful. The rooms were clean!. it is very well placed for sightseeing in the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they spoke excellent English. The desk clerk suggested where to eat and sights to see.

Corridors had dingy feel to them and needed the paintwork refreshing. Thin walls between the rooms although we were not bothered by any noise particularly.Tea and coffee making facilities would have been good. price. Thin walls. Had to complain at 3am about noise in next room. Well dealt with by front desk, however. the bathroom had no lock and it wassomewhat old. Elevator was a bit dodgy - but its an old building. The walls of the hotel room seemed a bit thin, so there might be a problem with noise, if you have livelier than average neighbors. Also couldn't get hot water for tea except during breakfast time.No hot water in the evening and one morning. We were on the 6th floor with 3 cases and the lift not working.No offer of assistance with luggage Not good enough.I didnt feel me good in this hotel.close to the railway so we couldntsleep with open window. The bathroom had hairs on the floor and curly ones around the bidet.The hotel was very old and rather ugly, the room was poor for a 3* and the staff wasn't friendly or willing to help.. my worst hotel experience ever. Avoid.
