location and price were nice but specially nice was the informational booth. They gave us great suggestions for restaurans and shows. The view and situation was excellent. Plenty of eating places around the hotel. Very good hotel, clean and easy. The room was nice and we had a balcony with beautiful view towards Cádiz. Wonderful beach, clean and wide. No problems finding parking (in the end of october). We had our weeks best meal (mixed seafish) at a very nearby restaurant.

We suggest 3 types of restaurants.
Firstly, there is the a la carte restaurant, El Mar, where you can taste our traditional cuisine and typical dishes of the bay.

At the Restaurant Océano you can enjoy our menu self service style (available from end of June until middle of September).

At the restaurant-terrace Barbacoa you can fresh grilled fish as well as enjoying music and live shows (July, August only dinners).

Important information to guests

Please note that the pool opens from Easter to the end of September approximately. Please consult the hotel directly for pool opening days and times. Please contact the hotel for spa opening times. Please note that access times for children under 14 years old are restricted. Children under 14 years old are only permitted in the thermal baths accompanied by an adult and at certain times. Please note that cancellation of spa services within 12 hours of the appointment carries a surcharge of 20%. Use of swimming pool cap and sandals is obligatory. These can be purchased at the Spa. Please note that lunch and dinner are buffet style, except on days with low occupancy. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Information about the area

The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the old Roman town El Puerto de Santa María, featuring unique examples of architecture, monuments, restaurants and hundred-year-old shops and bars.

You can visit the traditional wine cellars of Puerto de Jerez. For those travelling with children, the zoo in the area is also a good idea for a day trip.

Enjoy an equestrian show in Jerez, visit the Aquasherry Park water park or try your luck at the famous casino Bahía de Cádiz.

A number of excellent golf courses can be found within a distance of 20 minutes (driving).

You can take TALGO trains from both Madrid and Seville and Regional trains from Seville, Jerez, Algeciras and Cadiz.

By Bus:
There are regular buses that run from the cities Sveill, Jerez, Cadiz, Algeciras to El Puerto de Santa Maria. From there take a taxi or local bus to the hotel.

By Car:

From Madrid, Sevilla and Jeréz:
You can either take this route (toll road):
- AP4 road Madrid-Sevilla-Cádiz, take exit 104, then towards El Puerto de Santa Maria Playa de Valdelagrana.
Or approach via the national road:
-Take N- IV Sevilla -Jeréz- Cádiz , exit signposted El Puerto de Santa Maria Playa de Valdelagrana.

From Málaga and Costa del Sol:
-Take the A7 and exit signposted Jeréz/ Sevilla.
-Take the A381 until the exit signposted Cádiz, then continue over onto the AP4 and exiting 104 heading for El Puerto de Santa Maria Playa de Valdelagrana, Hotel Puertobahía.
