The staff was friendly and eager to serve....at no time did any hotel worker pass by you without a pleasant greeting...The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable with all the modern services and technology available...and great service!. free bus service to barcelona city and it made it so easy to have the shuttle service to and from the airport. The pool was to die for and the staff were fabulous!!!!.

The hotel had a slick, modern and comfortable style. I stay only for 1 night - late checki-in and early check-out, as I needto catch my flight connection to Asia. The hotel was excellent for thatpurpose, however I cannot make any comments on facilities other thanstaff was excellent and helpfull on every level. Nice large, good quality bed. Nice breakfast with variety of healthy foods.Rooms are good to excellent and the beds are very comfortable. convient to the city and the port.Very comfortable bed. Airport shuttle service. Rested. It was clean, modern, close to the airport, and the shuttle ran frequently. No there was nothing I didn't like....I would stay again if I visit Barcelona again. The shower leaked in our bathroom... location only appropriate for the airport as its not near any bars or restaurants so you have to eat in the hotel.the brekfast should be earlier. For a room this price I'd expect free wireless Internet access, or at least a more realistic rate. Wireless Internet access was expensive.The breakfast buffet is of very poor quality, it needs to be greatly improved. Cheeses and hams on display in non refrigerated cabinet and therefore the cheese and hams are sweating or very dry!. Breakfast unimaginative and expensive. difficult location and no directions provided,no clock in room,no soda machine. Shuttle can run more often. You can hardly wait 30 minutes if you travelwith children. The minimum fare for a taxi is 18 euro. So it does notmatter whether your ride just 5 minutes (airport-hotel) or 20 minutes(airport-Barcelona).Menu of restaurant is poor and value for money not ok. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Air conditioning system and lack of window screens. Disgusted that the airport shuttle stops running at midnight. When called was told to get a taxi. Taxis wait up to 4 hours to get a fare and are dangerous when asked to travel 5 minutes. Other hotels near airport all sent out shuttle for waiting guests. Will not use the hotel again for this reason.There was no quiet place to have a glass of wine or a beer, or to eat. Food and beverage facilities were minimal and disappointing.
