Pool area was fab - wonderfully clean, plenty of loungers. Staff very helpful. Bar reasonably priced. 5 mins walk to beach from back entrance. V. close to awesome water park. Corralejo is a relaxed resort, wonderful beaches and loads of restaurants & bars in port area. I have been to Corralejo numerous times, and each time I enjoy it more and more.The Alisios Playa, was in a perfect location for everything, staff were sooooo friendly, and it was just a perfect place to stay. I will be returning :).
all reviews » Request of specific room allocation accepted which made a difference to our holiday. Central location used as a good base to travel around island. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy each day. Near the town centre. Good facilities. Didn't have any trouble from other guests. Laid out well to insure privacy. Staff spoke English. Nice and cheap. I loved where it was situated, so close to everything, the staff was brillient we had a great stay i will always stay at the Alisios. Friendly staff any fault was soon sorted, convenient to everywhere, beach,bars and restaurants, no noise,. Very simple apartments with wonderful staff, whole place was very clean. Friendly staff, all inclusive was worth the price paid. Near village center and supermarkets. Reasonably quiet. Nice territory, rooms,friendly staff,great location. I always love it there it was a great holiday. location,spacious,helpful staff. Location - within walking distance of the town centre and the beach. Very clean. The apartment has two beds, sofa-bed, small kitchen with a hob, fridge and some utensils. Quiet and peaceful....pool area very clean and tidy....pleasant 5 min walk to the beach and 15 -20 mins to the main square....apartments in a nice area of the town. The room was quite.The place is near stores.Plants are looked after. Nice looking pool area. A lot of people used that. The location was good. No double bed - was two singles pushed together. Poor activity/ facilities. Tennis was at additional cost as was wifi. Pool not heated during winter. The bikes we rented weren't in good condition but still usable. Had to pay for the use of the sports area. One key between four people turned out to be a disaster but i'm sure you can pay to get a second copy. didnt like the food same thing everyday. Bar shut at 22-30,. Nothing. No where to sit under cover with others after bar closed. Needs an area to sit and drink and chat when weather goes a bit cold. Wifi is pay only and it is confined to reception area(in "el campanario" retail park however it is for free ,as it should be in any tourist area in a eu country in 2013).tv Channels:only spanish and italian.Some annoying mosquitos in the room,no nets.No night curtains:it makes difficult to sleep as light gets in almost completely.A Small and cheap soap bar in bathroom would not harm,bring your own and the shampoo. the beds are so uncomfortable need to get new mattresses would be great if there was a double bed in the room not very romantic for a couple. nothing. The beds were too soft and on the short side. The hotel offers basic accommodation (in our case, a studio apartment) but you have to pay for extras (e.g. they ask 10 euro for 10 hours of WiFi access while in many places this is free of charge). You can hear your neighbours very well. Rooms at the front of the do not receive direct sunlight eg room 7.....we had room 7 but only there for 4 nights and spent much of the time outside....for us it was a base to sunbathe by the pool or sleep.... Well,sadly ,night curtains in bedroom were missing,I had to resort to thick blankets on windows to prevent light from getting in all the time and rest.Few extra tv channels would not harm but at least tv is included in price.Bed headboard was not fixed on wall at all(it was kept in place by the bed itself),at any twitch it would move,making noise,I had to put it aside.Sofa was placed 90° to the tv screen,to avoid a bad neck I had to move it, facing the screen. Need of an upgrade! The room was dirty and mouldy. They didn't change towels for the three nights we stayed. curtains and linen are old. Beds are singles pushed together. Someone should have a health inspection arranged. Very little attention to the upkeep of the buildings and gardens. The hotel rooms and Furniture needs a good clean and they really need to buy New beds. Also they should have towels availble at all times in the reception. Not really clean. They don't even serve coffee at the bar, you should use the machine, omg!.
