Perfect location, free safe parking just on the front of the hotel, wi- fi in the room, 24 hours reception, budget -friendly. Close to Barcelona ( the nearest railway station is only 5 minutes by car (you can leave your car on the parking by the railway station for free).Return ticket (both ways)to Barcelona city center costs 8.43euros.) Nearest shop (with bread, butter, milk, bear:)) is 20 minutes by walk, but there are still plenty of restaurants just 5 minutes by walk from the hotel.
all reviews » The hotel is in a great position; apart from being right across from the beach, it's also only 15 mins by car to Barcelona Airport. The staff are friendly and the rooms are bright and airy. Great location right across the street from the ocean beach. Friendly staff and very relaxing front porch and balcony. Also walking distance to loads of restaurants!. We liked the balconies and the onsite restaurant. It was right across from the beach. Easy access to the bus to take you to downtown Barcelona. Good staff, reasonable size room, good facilities, helpful offer to store luggage after checking out. balcony was incredible size Room very spacious Staff friendly TV was working good. Sounds of planes from nearby airport, but the taxi ride to the airport was cheaper. No elevator. Not a lot to do if you're not going to the beach. Breakfast was a bit spartan, Airplane noise at night... bathroom was a bit of a state the shower fixing was poor. The staff barely speaks English, however we manage to understand each other using gestures :). The only problem was that the staff doesn't speak English, but they spoke French. Nobody spoke english.Big shops and small restaurants are in 30 minutes walk. A little bit far from real-way station . The AC system was so loud that it couldn't be used whilst in the room and it barely made any difference to the room temperature anyway! The lady on reception was a little unfriendly and impatient. Personal do not speaks english. A lot of mosquitoes, the walls are durty and ragged, the bahtroom is too little, the staff aren't friendly and were very lazy, dinner in the hotel was only frozen pizza, very expensive and disgusting. when we arrived, at about 22.30H, the Reception was rude and very unfriendly and quite honestly I would have gone to another hotel if I had not already booked it She was most unpleasant Also the hotel details give the impression that it has sea /country views - this is not true, our rooms (2) had views of the road and the neighbouring hotels. The floor of our room was very dirty and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. We booked through letsbookhotel.com with "the lowest rate" - the advertised rate at the hotel was lower and they would not honour the lower rate. cheap soap and only soap in the bathroom, room was for smokers but still wasnt fresh in the room, well staff was little shy and not so professional but they were sweet. This hotel was probably built in the 70s and has definitely stayed in the 70s. The heat did not work neithe the tv command. Dark, old, not comfortable, unfriendly, for 100.- Euros a night, " special deal ", this is an absoulute cheek, disgusting ! Never ever again. I am surprised that letsbookhotel.com has this !!!!!.
