like a hostel, but I think this hotel at least ***. I was surprised to daily cleaning. great location, in the city center, close to the beach and shops. nice staff. only speak Spanish, but you could communicate. I am very happy and in good conscience I would recommend to anyone. Great location near many historic center and main plazas. Stayed in a double room with a private bathroom and breakfast included. Breakfast is the Spanish standard: toast with coffee. The receptionist gave us a map of the city and explained where things are located.
all reviews » This was a great location from which to explore and enjoy Cadiz. One of our hosts went the extra mile to help my husband out when he was having neck spasms by personally taking him to the pharmacy to get some medication. I highly recommend this hostal!. Small room but all facilities in good working order. Clean shower room with plenty of hot water. Balcony onto street was great for watching street life including religious parade one evening. Accommodated my hire cycle overnight. Really nice and amiable staff, sympathetic design of patio, clean rooms, good location to do shopping and go out, in the same time calm area to sleep well :) A little bit far (for small Cadiz) from beaches. A nice quiet place close to major attractions. Not a lot of english spoken but a willingness to help and better than our spanish! A basic breakfast but a good start to the day. easy to find very clean and well maintained supprised as it was a hostal staff very friendly and helpful 24 hours on site cover great location near to all the main sites. I found the staff a little rude and not very helpful. The entrance was a little dark and hard to find. Receptionist didn't answer our questions re: some places in the vicinities. Some noise but not too bad!. Nothing in particular. Room was small, with no external windows. Staff, except one female, very distant and even abrupt as if they were doing me a favour.
