What people say
The hostel offers all needed, for the price paid! We were allowed to check in earlier without questioning (I suppose because we didn't travel at the peak season), other bonuses were the towels and wi-fi.
Nice clean place, really not expensive for the location. Check out at 12, lockers inside the room/dorms, shower and toilets inside the dorms ( the beds are really good) ...
Efficiency of staff, ease of check in, location of hostel, size of room. all reviews »
Clean and tidy appearance
Very good organization.
Just by the subway. Bunk beds. Clean.
Excellent value for money.
Wifi quick.
The space and the chill out area.
Location are good.
Location excellent.Facilities of microwave suitable.Free tea and coffee very welcome.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Clean.
was very cheap to stay in, bilbao very nice city but small the new stadium of athletic bilbao looks brilliant.
The location and elevator were the only positive things about
this hostel..
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location is closed to the city.
The only downside of the hostel was the overheated room. We tried turning the heater on, but it was still super hot, and we slept with an open window in February.
I did not get why it was "bio", but I only stay one night...
Humidity in room, broken computer terminal.
The room with 4 bunk beds was a bit cramped, even though I had it for myself. The reception opens only late in the morning.
Small rooms. the design of the bunkbeds (low, and very pointy metal bars) is presdestined to cause very painful head injuries. .
The room are too smal , you can't seat.
I booked single private room with bathroom. As a sole traveller the room was backed to capacity with 6 bunk beds I could barely negotiate my way to bathroom!!!
There was only one cup available to make tea and no cooking facilities.
the receptionist telling me to be careful with our laptops phones cameras etc.
We were there for four nights and never had our room cleaned, even
though they request the occupants to leave between noon and four for
cleaning. There were 3 bunk beds in our "double room". So it
was very claustrophobic without anywhere to sit. Price wise, they are
charging hotel rates for an alburgue.
Super small rooms!! Hard to get to lockers because there are literally behind a bed. Small bathroom. Loud.
Very dirty and crowded. The locker is just 10cm next to the bed, so everyone will wake you while they access to the locker.
