I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year. The rooms were very well presented. The food excellent, perhaps a few more choices for the sweet menu but overall everything was good.

After staying at the Nereo many times I feel that this was the only thing that let the Hotel down. Some people have no respect for others and to see the cheap vests on some people was not a pleasant sight. The comedy was closed. I taught it was ridiculous that you could not get a cup of tea or coffee with your lunch or dinner. Somebody would really want to rethink this. You should put the fact that you have to pay at the hotel in larger letters at the top of the forms as its misleading. That's all. Nothing. the evening entertainment is getting outdated needs to be livened up. Feel that letsbookhotel.com should tell us that a Pool-side room is 3Euros per person per day extra. We requested pool side when we booked with you but were not allocated one but were able to change for one but it would have been better to have been informed by yourselves when we booked. N othing. Being on a curfew that not being allowed to drink in the hotel bar area after 1 a.m. and told to go back to your beds it felt as though we were school children. We were on holiday for goodness sake. They got very rude did the bar staff! The restaurant had nothing for diabetics it was all sugared food. nothing that I didn't like. Beds a little hard. lifts were very frustrating. very slow and small. often spent up to 30 mins waiting. also by end of week food was monotomous. desserts same every day. Room faced noisy street. Very noisy at night. Small print about bringing debit card prior to confirmation. Lifts were very slow. room 419 double glazihg not sufficent enough to keep out noise would not stay on this side off hotel n/time. beds too hard. Not being able to get tea or coffee @ 7am early departure. No wifi in room, or pool area this is second time this year Sorry to say. the Romanian gypsies that hang around outside. i booked 9 rooms all together to be next to each other or close but it never happened they were all over the place. I stated 2 nights on my own every thing was great however I was meeting up with friends and staying a further 5 nights when the time came for me to change rooms the receptionist was very rude and reduced me to tears. She was a blonde girl with glasses. There was no need for this and it really spoiled my stay in a fantastic hotel. M Morrison. Aircon not operating Beds uncomfortable Mosquito bites. Not a good menu for vegetarians.
