Good choice at breakfast and dinner. Pleasant bar with entertainment andreasonable drink prices. Quiet location but near to town centre. Everything. Room was lovely, staff were excellent and the food was nice. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and we were given a free bottle of champagne from the hotel as we had mentioned it was my birthday. This was a very pleasant hotel and one we will defiantly go back to. Thank you. This hotel is in a good location for the old town and new part of Benidorm. The leisure facilities are good. Altogether this was an enjoyable stay.The friendliness of the staff and their attitude to the customer. All in all everything. An absolutely great mini break. Will be returning and have recommended your service and hotel to many friends.We had 2 overnighht stays in the Hotel, I only wish we had more days to enjoy our experience, we had a great time. Pillows to hard no cofee or tea for lunch and dinner. Quite a trek to the busy side of town. Rooms where not 4star standard....beds where the worst Ive ever slept in as they where on wheels and kept sliding away from the wall at night when you where in bed....any movement at all and off the beds went....Fried Eggs at breakfast were well overdone, other food excellent. I think a hospitality tray in the rooms would enhance even further. For it being a four star hotel it was very dissapointing. No tea/coffeemaking faciilities in room and the sun loungers left us with back- ache.We had to buy lilos in order to make them comfortable.
