We visited Spain this year for the Benicassim festival and flew into Barcelona with the intention of getting the train down to the festival after we arrived. Unfortunately, due to lack of availability, we were unexpectedly forced to stay in Barcelona on our first night. After scouring the web for cheap hotels, we found the Sercotel Hotel Abbot. It was in very close proximity to the Barcelona Sants train station, had fantastic staff/facilities and was very clean, comfortable and affordable.
