We had a lovely time in Barcelona. The flat we stayed in Ronda San Pere was perfect for us. It was very new, very spacious as well. Location was excellent as we were very near to the centre of Barcelona and yet we could not hear any noise in the flat. Kitchen was nice and we enjoyed cooking there as well :)

Location was incredible and view unbeatable. Letting guy Guillaume was very pleasant and punctual. A very nice stay and well worth it. The view on the photo actually exists unlike most of these advertised.
openness and flexibility of owners, the situation of apartments.
No wifi until the day before we were going home but it wasnt a big deal. Something went wrong with the hot water on our last night of stay. Called William who came almost straight away and fixed the problem but when he left the flat, the hot water went on and off. The following morning there was no problem with the hot water.
Flat needs some cutlery ... One teaspoon for 4 people!. Crockery also a bit tatty but we ate out mostly so no issue.
