These apartments boast a highly privileged location close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main and the most elegant streets of the city.
The apartments are all situated in a modern building equipped with a lift. The building was built in the early twenties of the 19th century and was completely restored in 2004. These elegantly furnished one bedroom apartments have all modern facilities and a beautiful balcony overlooking some of the main central streets of Barcelona.
The area has plenty of fashionable restaurants and cafes and elegant shops and is a few minutes' walk from some of Gaudi’s most renowned creations.

the apartment was unexpectedly huge and perfect for our family with teenage children. Gave us the sense of being at home, while away. Location was right in the midst of things to see. The apartment was really big , clean and it had many comforts:air-condition, washing machine,3 bathrooms,tv,dvd and a nice balcon. Also the location was good(about 10 minutes walk to plaza Catalunya) and the price was reasonable(30euro/person) . In other words, excellent .all reviews »
The air conditioning, the balcony, very spacious, the cleanliness of theapartment and the location. Lot of space and huge terrace. Nice neighbourhood with several restaurants in walking distance. Close to attractions.Location. The spacious living area and well furnished kitchen. There was a bad odor emanating from the bathroom drains or plumbing or something, but the bathrooms were otherwise very clean. The smell of the drains in the kitchen and bathrooms at certain times.I did not feel it was made clear that i would have to pay at the appartment. I thought when giving my details to booking.com that was me making the payment. This was not the case and was in no way made clear. The very tiny poorly ventilated bedrooms without airco even though onthe website airco was one of the reasons we chose the apartment. Wewould recommend it for the location but only to people who we feel maynot mind the very miniscule bedrooms with hardly any closet space at all. it was quite out of the way and it was very dingie especially going into on an evening.
