this is a great little hotel in a great location (walking distance to most places and a tube about 15 metres away), the staff were very friendly and approachable always suggesting things to do and see. it was extremely tidy. Friendly staff, excellent value for money, location. It was cheaper than others in the city. The rooms and living rooms were great. I also loved that their were sinks in the room, so that you didn´t have to leave the room to brush your teeth.

The hostess was wonderful to work with.It,s in the center. Good location and large comfortable rooms that were well maintained, bathroom was close to the room and not shared by too many other rooms. But it was served on the adorable rooftop terrace.There was nothing to dislike. A bonus would be to provide a tv in the lounge (if not in rooms) Although most of our time waas spent out of the room/hotel, it would have been nice to relax for the few hours we were there and watch some local tv perhaps?. Breakfast (which you had to pay extra for) wasn't really very clear- it was a bit confusing what to do on the order sheet- so we went out instead.Shared bathroom was not regularly cleaned. There were some problems with the light - 1) no lamp for reading in bed, 2) connection of electrisity and the keys (the key is needed to switch on the light (I want to go out alone and my husband has to sit in the dark). The heating system cannot "compete" with 6 degrees C and moist while raining. If one wants to go to sleep early, kids training "karate" may be a problem.No hair cleaning soap , had to buy it ( we were in an apartement ) . There were bugs in the bathroom at night; the shower drain had to be fixed for the second day because it did not drain well; and the bathroom floor behind the sliding door was filthy. The shower also leaked onto the bathroom floor.The internal walls were paper thin, we could easily hear the the adjoining room. There is a children's gym on the floor above Fashion House. Some rooms can be noisy from about 6 to 8, so plan dinner or being out and about at this time. We asked for a room change and got one.Shared bathroom yet clean, small rooms without any TV/radio, would come useful as you can hear the slightest noise from the corridor. Breakfast not worth the price. shower.
