The apartment was clean. The bigger apartments come with a big patio that is very useful for outside eating. Great customer service from the owners. A good location within easy reach of the sites (with or without the useof Metro). We didn't like the lack of cleaning brush for the floor or something like that, as the apartment wasn't scheduled to be cleaned during our stay. So we had to take care about it, which was OK, but we didn't have the means.The water was not hot enough. We had to take cool to lukewarm showers. Parking our rental car in a nearby lot was ridiculously expensive!. We were on our honeymoon and did not like the fact we were sleeping on two separate beds.Nothing, the apartment was very good indeed. The hot water did not work which really wasn't acceptable to us.One negative thing I could find is probably the television. Reception was not good at all and the TV set could be a bit bigger. There was a little bit smell from canalization. Noisy. No kettle but every other convenience. The noise from the apartment above (esp. with flushing water). Thorws on couches not great!. Not having Dishwasher and Laundry facilities ie: Washing Machine and dryer in apartment. no windows or balcony. the noise from other rooms especially next door and above us.There was a problem with the doors, many guest rooms and the main entrance door had to be literally slammed in order to lock. Minor problem, otherwise it was great. The free internet access did not work. Couldn't have window open as too noisy with traffic below. bathrooms need attention, a problem with mold due to poor ventilation. I'm sure it could be easily fixed, but I can see how some people would be put off with it. The rest of the appartment was very clean.A little disappointed with certain aspects I.E. plug socket hanging offwall, one of the toilets was blocked from day we arrived. good for the lads may be a bit isolated for girls, haven't said that 5 star hotel around the corner €500 per night pose location. 4 single beds one was a put out.
