From the minute we booked Stay Together Apts., the staff Hector and Alvaro made sure to communicate periodically offering help and advice. They were available 24/7. When we first arrived at the airport we were quoted 70 Euros for the transfer. I gave Hector a call and he negotiated a rate of 35 Euros with the Taxi driver. Upon arrival they Hector and Alvaro were super friendly and helped with our luggage, showed us the place, sat down with us to go over all the hot spots to visit and even set u.
all reviews » Everything! This place was perfect for us. 6 girls away for the weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday and the apartment was perfect. Hector was always there when we needed him - he gave excellent advice about places to go out in the evening, discounted tickets for the tour buses etc. He offered to get a cake for the birthday girl and put up a banner in the apartment for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself was well equipped, clean and tidy. Everyone in our party was happ. The apartment was exactly as the pictures shown. Hector our greeter is amazing, really friendly and professional. He also went out of his way to show some local spots on a map. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and modern. All aspects had been thought of with the facilities provided; including all the kitchen utensils you need. Another big plus is the two shower rooms and the large mirrors in the halls, when there are 11 girls getting ready at once this is a massive bonus! T. The apt is big, clean and very good location. But what I loved the most and exceeded my expectation is the staff attitude and their desire to assist in every way especially Mr. Alvaro who made our stay pleasant and assist me a great deal when we had a prolom with the car parking and assisting in my arrival and departure process. I will defenatly come back to stay here again in my next trip to Barcalona, thanks to the woundrfull and customer oriented staff. One of the staff just been hired one . Location was great for all the main attractions. Right by a metro stop making the whole city accesible! Accomadtion was everything we needed, free wifi provided. I asked the owner about staying again and they were happy to show me around the other appartments, so I knew my options. Again the owners offer to take us to see a football game and help us get tickets at local prices, not tourist prices. Great place to stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. These appartments were excellent; the facilitties were great [there were 13 of us] and Hector and Alvaro could not do enough for us. They provided great advice for our stay, booked taxi's and provided us with a host of informationas to what was going on in Barcelona that weekend. I strongly recommend these appartments to all everyone and they are very reasonably priced too. everything was great. people who rent the apartment are really well organized. I recommend anyone who would like to visit Sagrada Familia - to arrange with the owners a private guide tour with Antonio who is a fantastic guide (plus discounts added as well). we were also given a device to use free ineternet all around BArcelona. Thanks for that. It don't exist a downside to our stay in this apartment. The owner is a very kind and willing to help you anytime! His office is located in the same building of the apartments. The house was spotless and the value for money is really convenient because the apartment is well furnished and offers all the amenities! Even the location is great. Stay Together was really great in every parameter. Still, the team was so great and offered any assistance we could think of, and every minor problem was immediately fixed. We got much more than we expected. One example can be - the apartment was equipped with a phone that we could use it to make any international calls for free. Wonderful assistance from Hector and Claudia Hector was wonderful with us, helped us with suggestions were to go, were to visit, and even took us to watch Espanyol soccer game. The best hotel accommodation for many years. The best place for large families or group of friends. Equipment new, beds were wonderful. We stayed there with few other friends and our kids. The place is conveniently located right next to a metro station. Neighborhood is lively in the evening (for dinner). The apartment is nicely furnished, modern, and spacious. It's worth the price ... the location is super. 30sec walk from the metro station and on walkingdistance of the Ramblas, Plaza Espanya, the harbor. Easy accessible by cab from ElPrat. Hector was very thorough on our arrival, which made us feel very safe and relaxed. He directed us to different points of the city and how to see the sights safely and where to go where not to go. The appartment was delighful and I cant wait to go again!. We loved that there was a washer and dryer, that they provided us with an infant crib, infant bath tub and 2 strollers. The staff also was extremely polite and accommodating. Every accessory you would need was already in the apartment for us. We had the attic apt which had the real bonus of a private roof terrace. Hector was really helpful and gave us free maps and advice on getting around the city. Less than 10 minute walk to the Ramblas and a Metro station right outside. Perfect. The stuff was realy helpful and very friendly. Very kind people indeed. Location was good, not in the old city but very close to it. The underground tube is right across the street and with good connections to basicaly anything in town. The whole stay was wonderful. You really felt that you were a valued customer. You were well treated and taken cared of by the caretaker. There was even a free tour for all tenants. I would definitely come back and stay at this place!. The rooms were big and clean, apartment had everything for preparing your own meal if you like, with markets nearby to shop. Just next to a metro station and not too far from the main la rambla street. The owners were really helpful. We got excellent service! We were travelling with 4 toddlers and while arriving, we were told that we will get 4 high chairs to the apartment as someone was just buying three more. We also got 2 bath tubes for babies and a toy. A hauge place in the city (we stayd in a 4 badroom). looks grate inside, the kitchen has everything you need to cook with. alvaro (the owner) was awsome and halped us alot (even kept us parking spot on the street for free!) . The apartment was perfekt for us 9 person and Hector was a fantastic and friendly host. We had a great visiting in Barcelona and we will gladly recommend this apartment to others. The apartment was lovely and clean. Beds were comfy and facilities were good. Staff very helpful and the location is great, 5-10 mins walk to Las Ramblas and the Port. Hector was very professional and pleasant. The apartment is simple but well presented. Everything worked well. Cash point , supermarket and underground very near. All the equipments are perfect and we are very happy to stay in that apartment, if possible, I will come to Barcelona again with my family and live there. They would be hot one second then would be cold the next. Still we all didnt really mind. Nothing!!. Everything was great! Any minor problem was fixed immediately. , Wonderful place. There were no negatives about this trip!. The floors were very dirty which left our feet black on the bottom. The shower curtain didn't fit the shower which would allow water to come out on the floor. The old appartment in which we stayed need some improvements: the doors were very noisy, the water in the tube was alternating: too hot and then too cold, no proper adjustment could be done. The garbage need to be taken daily outside of the building, over the street. Noise from other hosts or the main street can be heard during the night, however was not a big deal. Elevator was really small and slow. Took a while to get 4 pushchairs out and in. The floor wasn't that clean. As a group of girls there were not enough mirrors but that was the only downside. That is just me being picky. The standard of the interior design, mostly IKEA made, was not in accordance with the price level. A little bit too nosey corner. But we went over the Easter long weekend and it was not too bad. Nothing. missed having a balcony and the lift was a bit slow!. Cant think of anything!. No shampoo and shower gel, but such a big deal. A bit noisy from the street. Noise from subway at night. Nothing. liked everything. Pickpockets operating near apartments :(. Could have done with more mirrors, 12 girls with only 1 full length mirror was a bit of a nightmare. Nothing.
