Great sunset sea views from our balcony. Well-priced restaurant attached to the hotel. Close to San Antonio but just far enough away to avoid all the hooligans that reside there in August. We hired a car and had no problem with parking. It was a central location to explore the island from. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. Some of the staff were really helpful with tips on which beaches to explore and which parties to go to.

All staff were extremely courteous. One of the best check in experiences ever, bar guy, pool guy, handy man, night staff all were very helpful with any enquiries. The room was exactly as described. It looked freshly decorated and was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel!. the room was clean, and overlooked the sea. they accommodated us with a special request for a 3rd bed in the room. the staff was very friendly and nice. to get into sant antoni it was very close and even walkable. close to a number of really nice beaches (not the one across from the hotel...but nice secluded ones). The staff were excellent. They tried their absolute best to look after all of the guests. Location was fab...... Sea view room was fantastic ( especially watching the sunset from the balcony) .... Also good parking facilities if you have a hire car. Location awesome walking distance from the beach 2min away! Lovely room just like the pictures . Bed was very comfortable. Nothing bad. to get to eivissa, it was maybe a 25-30 minute drive. but... we knew that it wasn't in the middle of things when we booked it. One staff named Carmen very rude and imPolite did not help us at all when we were checking out. We asked for a clean towel and couldn't provide us with one even though 2 min later another guest asked for one and she actually went an for him one on front of our eyes !. Daytime bar service was unavailable at times, prior to 4pm. On one occasion house music was played round the pool for 6 hours or more. There is nothing to fault with this hotel it's perfect !!. I was lucky - no noise in my room at night but a friend complained bitterly that she didn't get a wink of sleep due to outside noise. Sometimes we felt like the staff didnt know the area too well...and taxis are expensives a bit. Hotel is placed near busy road. The cleaners do not clean your room only replace towels and empty bin every 2 days which is no good when you have children. Our stay was very good until the last day when a large group of very noisy girls checked in at 2am and proceeded to slam doors,run around the hotel shouting and clomping about in heels above us. The hotel should remind guests who check in at night that they should keep noise down as not everyone parties till silly o'clock :). I had issues with one receptionist questioning a guest of mine more than several times about staying in my room. We had clearly explained the first time that she lived on the island and was only coming to pick me up each time she was visiting the hotel. Was a little more than annoying. Otherwise everything was great!. Sometimes hear lift at night from our room. perhaps a little more staff in the evenings some entertainment (music etc at night). visited early in the season and workmen working on hotel. Air conditioning. Arrived Wednesday, room was not cleaned on the Friday as scheduled. Was not cleaned until Saturday evening after 4 requests to reception desk. Bath is not large, the water pressure is very strange, sharp hot and cold at once sharp, every three seconds. This is terrible. The kitchen is arranged very silly. Cleaning bad.
