Europa House Lofts apartments are situated in the very heart of Alicante, just across Postiguet beach, next block to Ayuntamiento de Alicante (Town Hall), close to old town and Santa Barbara castle. XL apartment has been fully furbished recently, equipped with all necessary kitchen stuff. The interior is almost brand new from IKEA. Everything in Alicante is within walking distance: El Corte Ingles, Mercado Central, Rambla, bars and restaurants and of course - Postiguet beach. Though the locatio.
all reviews » The location is fantastic, straight across the road from the main beach and it only took 10 minutes to walk from the train station. The apartment is new, modern and very stylish. The kitchen has all your basic needs, although a kettle and toaster would have been good. Having a washing machine was brilliant and they even brought us a clothes hoist. We took a chance booking here as there were no reviews yet but it paid off, we would definately recommend staying here. Very well-equipped and clean studio in the centre of Alicante, two steps from the beach. Friendly staff, we had absolutely no problem with getting the keys of the appartment. I did not see any problem with the curtains - there are rolling blinds that provide complete coverage when necessary. Location was only 100 meters from the beach and not far from other sights in the old part of town. At night it was quiet, with no noise coming from the streets. Would stay there again. Location is very good. Close to seaside and at the same time at the city sights, museums and restarants. Friendly helpful personnel. The Wifi wasn't working yet and there were no blinds on the windows....very bright. There was no hair dryer and no electric kettle - a bit strange for otherwise perfectly equipped place. And yes, you do get some noise from the outside, which is pretty natural for a flat in the town centre. For me, ear pluggs solved the problem. N/A. Beds are not comfortable Air Conditioner too large for size of the room and too loud. Lack of kettle and coffee maker,curtains are nearly transparent and you can observe your neighbors opposite your window(vice versa), for those who don't like noise it's too noisy because of location. lack of water for 2 hours each day without any warning. Exceedingly noisy, bar bass thumping until 3.45 am. Internet very erratic, poor reception. No bathroom soaps. No kitchen knives for cutting.
