The comfort, cleanliness and location were perfect. The hotel is in front of one supermarket and although has a bus station close there’s no noise. If you want to go to nice beaches you can take a bus or tram few blocks far from the reception. Its close to “las ramblas” where you find restaurants and the port. The hotel staff was really helpful. The welcome at reception was excellent, very friendly. The location of the hotel, the overall cleanliness and service - all first class.all reviews »
Very friendly staff. There was air conditioning in rooms and public areas, which was essential as the weather was very warm. I really liked the hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the room was large. Recommended!!. Fresh, modern and clean hotel with an excellent location (close to the bus station, too). the best 3 star hotel excellent 2yrs old. It was ideally situated. Central in Alicante. Excellent position!. location. This was a beautiful hotel and is well worth the money. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and is directly across the road from a Supermarket that sells all the necessities.We did not use the food or beverage facilities in the hotel however. The gym is relatively small, but well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel close to the Central Bus station, train stations, and also airport bus stop which was down the road. Close to the main shopping strips. The hotel itself was very good for a 3 star, more 4 star as it was clean, facilities were great, room was great!. The staff were most helpful and pleasant. Confusion over price when checking-out however this was dealt with politely, fairly and efficiently.I found it difficult to sit up in bed and read as the bed kept sliding across the floor-maybe you could put some rubber pads on the legs?. lifts were insufficient for number of guests; often waiting at reception to speak to members of staff - though they were always helpful. The only part I would have changed was the restaurant. We went in the restaurant to have a meal but walked out as there was not enough choice on the menu. We ordered a taxi with a baby seat the night before leaving ,but the next morning the taxi that arrived did not have one, nor had the driver heard anything about our request.Thin walls, could hear noises from corridor in the morning. The hotel was graded a 3 star, it should be graded a 4 star.The lift is very slow!. The room smelled like smoke, but then I realized the smoke comes in through the vents of the air condiner from other rooms. I got a sore throat from inhaling it while sleeping.Sound proofing very poor, you could hear the person next room putting on the light switch. No restaurant, breakfast was disapointing and slightly overpricedbeverage service was slow.Location was a little to far from the maintourist area (to walk) but ideal for business and commercial areas.

By car from Barcelona or Valencia:
Take highway A-7 to get to Alicante. Follow the signs pointing to the city center and the port. Once at the port of Alicante, continue driving to the end of the port, until you find Plaza de Galicia. Pintor Aparicio Street begins here and runs into the city center. Take this street and turn left on the fourth street, that is, on Pintor Lorenzo Casanova Street. You will find the hotel a few meters ahead on the left side of the street.
By car from the airport:
Leave the airport towards the center of Alicante along highway N-340. Follow the signs pointing to the port. At the beginning of the port’s boulevard you will find Plaza de Galicia, go round this square and take Pintor Aparicio Street, which begins here and leads to the city center.
