Everything! Luxury at a really special price. We were upgraded to a sea-facing unit. Wonderful situation for walking to town Excellent restaurant Fantastic staff and service. It is a great place to be when you need to spend some quality time with your love one.You feel at home and most welcome.The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the view. The room very comfortable. Ease of access Space of room shower/bath combination. great view, lovely room, super shower and good food in restaurant. It was a very sweet room with everything that we needed. It was neat and clean and we had a beautiful view. The location cleanliness. Lack of adequate parking. Parking bay assigned to room was extremely narrow and in a corner, almost impossible to park in. No way a bigger vehicle can park there. Hotel could not assign me other parking. The advert on letsbookhotel.com said parking in nearby location, but I did not feel comfortable leaving my car far from Hotel. Smoke from adjacent room belcony. Windows dont lock/properly seal and therfore could smell the smoke in our room. Sea view. reasonable prices and location. Nothing. The bar fridge in the room was far too low!. We weren't too sure if it should be, but the room did not appear to be serviced at all. No laundry facilities. Bathroom ceiling is falling apart and carpets ouside of the flat, in the hallways need a GOOD cleaning. Only Super Sport Channel 1 available on the tv. Sport 2 had the cricket of sa vs Pakistan which I could not watch!!. a small bottle of milk for tea and coffee would be nice. extra sugar. The parking at the hotel. The allocated parking could not fit our car, we were allocated a different parking after a big arguement and then they have allocated the same parking to another guest and we end up having to explain the whole situation over and over again every day in order to get a parking. Lack of information on when cleaning of unit is done lack of information on facilties / use thereof tv in the bedroom late change of towels no change of linen (?). Nowhere in the communication to me did it indicate that One Fine Stay id actually a room in an Hotel called Ocean View. We looked for over an hour to find One Fine Stay and only after phoning your call centre (who were very professional) were we advised that it is a privately owned suite in Ocean View Hotel. Very poor sound insulation made worse by noisy neighbors at 6am in the morning preceded by a wedding party until late at night. Bathroom sink not draining, some light bulbs out.
