The comfort chair is not very comfortable. A stool for the work / dressing table would be nice.Rooms not very sound proof - passage and car park noise. room was to far from my vehicle. There was no bar.The hotel deducted the fee from my credit card. The website clearlystated that credit card details are only needed to secure a booking, andnothing will be deducted from that card. I was refunded, but it was aninconvenience (I was not informed of the deduction until I requested aninvoice, and transfer and refund period, etc).no, I went in very late and left very early. The cost of breakfast reflected on the internet generated quotation(r45.00) was not the amount actually charged if the option was selected(r60.00 Or r70.00) depending on type of breakfast chosen!. The staff did not check us out quickly, waiting for us to finish breakfast 1 hour later, and then proceeding to check us out. Because they couldn't understand English so well, we wasted time trying to communicate. Also, prior to going for breakfast, I asked them to make reservations at two local places for us. One hour later, they hadn't made the reservations or checked us out.I had asked for a double and got a twin room - staff was flustered and overwhelmed when asked to process 5 people at a time - as a result names and bills got mixed up. We felt this hotel was the worse one of holiday. The staff were very unfriendly and very unhelpful, unlike all the other hotels we stayed at, SA hospitality is generally supurb except for this one. Also, the rooms were small and price did not include breakfast.

- Head towards Summerstrand for 7 km until the 1st traffic lights.
- Follow the road for 1 km in the middle lane over the next traffic lights into the M13 to Summerstrand.
- From the next traffic lights after 100 metres, turn into the 1st street on the left: Killarney Road.
- Follow it for 300 metres to the Bishops Inn on the left.

From the airport:
- Turn right from the airport exit into Allister Miller Road.
- Follow it for 1.7 km to the traffic lights.
- Turn right into La Roche Drive and follow it for 1.6 km.
- Turn left into Marshall Street and follow it for 350 metres.
- Then turn right into Ayliff Road and after 100 metres turn left into Killarney Road.
- After 200 metres you will find the Bishops Inn on the right.
