The receptionist treated us like criminals because she could not find my proof of payment for the deposit which i had paid 2 months prior and emailed them the proof. We requested a twin room and they gave us a double room with a broken heater. Also then she said we didn't book for breakfast and i have email confirmation that we did. Was very disappointed with the Guesthouse and the treatment we received. all reviews »
