Facilities are good. It is located opposite to east gate shopping center thus convenient to leisure travellers for short stays. The family room very much spacious accommodating my family, kids at their own bedroom. We loved it. Very clean and comfort. large room size. Next to a big mall with nice restaurants open till late. Proximity to Eastgate Mall .Friendly and helpful Reception staff. Very comfortable beds .
all reviews » The bolinha process is very fast and the hotel is very close to a shopping center. the hotel was closer to shopping mall, very neat, comfortable and budget-friendly. The place is in the right place, easy to get there. Next to Shops and Transport. the location was great, near the airport and the mall, the staff was friendly. The family compound environment,and closeness to the shopping mall. The facility was clean and tastfully decorated. Very comfortable. You dont keep all dishes for cooking And in the morning the room service does not Wash the dishes. there was no supper or lunch served in the hotel. Price Has Gon Too High. Need some renovatin. we needed towels and asked three times but we were not served. No in house restaurant except breakfast. bathrooms could be cleaner or remodelled. nothing. limited WI-FI access. I choose normally hotels that have un löimited wireless access. The free internet amount was redicoulosly small. they tried to charge me for a telephone call that i never made.Only one blanket provided so we had to sleep with the heater on, and only two towels provided. We need room service to order food and drinks from aside from that everything else was good. No restaurant available for dinner when we stayed. warmth and cordiality was missing in the staff. personal attention to guests was absent. restaurant facilities for lunch and dinner is absent. To much noise from staff in the morning as laundry was under our room they speak very loud carpets were duty. Cleanliness. On Saturday 14:00 our room wasn't service after I phoned twice they brought us two clean towels. We had to go to your reception to report what was happening. Only then they came to service our room at 16:00. That isn't service. Thank you Veronica Loots. the tiolet not working proberly - leaking the whole time - smelling in the bathroom bad!!!. Not impressed, wifi is charged by storage, looks very ordinary hotel for this rate. THE transfer costs to the airport. the blankets were smelly. The price was high to the quality of the hotel After having beakfast they charged us and it seems was not clear from the beginning that it was without breakfast. Housekeeping disturbing us to ask when they can clean up the rooom putting pressure on us. - rooms decoration and maintenance very poor - bathroom's tiles dirty - Breakfast: cold coffee, synthetic orange juice, oil use frying eggs of very bad quality and taste. - designs of rooms without view, feels completely inclosed.
