I travel regularly over the last 20 years and this is the first time I experienced personal involvement by the owner to such a degree that I felt special. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The personal service was on the same standard I had at the Sheraton Deluxe group where I had my own butler. The hotel is close to transport facilities and I did not need to rent a car at all. Thank you and keep up with the good work this is what we need in South Africa.
