Service and attitude was excellent and all where available to help when needed. Very professional. The staff was amazing - especially since we checked in a bit early. The staff are very friendly and we received excellent service.

Cold in the apartments and no heating accept a small radiator. TV selection could be a bit better. No tea towels for washing up dishes, etc. The beaches were full of papers and debris. - I only found out that my price included breakfast after I checked out. - Our cabana had some problems, leaking bath (which were fixed after reported), fridge in kitchen froze all our food because of faulty thermostat, the sliding door out to the beach side were jammed. - the kitchen was not nicely stocked - no drying towels for dishes, no toaster, only 2 big coffee mugs - no airconditioning ( it was VERY cold).

By Car (from Cape Town International Airport): - Take the N2 towards Cape Town. - Take the off-ramp to your left which reads Milnerton, M5 North. This is just past the Pinelands off-ramp. - Travel north along the M5, keeping in the right-hand lane and take the Paarden Island, Milnerton off-ramp. You will now travel along Koeberg Road and will go through a number of traffic light intersections. - Follow this road (Koeberg Road) until you get to Boundry Road, then turn left, heading towards the ocean. - At the next traffic light intersection, turn right opposite Leisure Bay into Otto Du Plessis Drive or the R27. - Keep along this road, through Milnerton and past the golf course on your left. - As you enter Table View, turn left at the traffic lights into Marine Drive and the Dolphin Beach Hotel complex is on your left-hand side.
