Staff were friendly. Clean, helpful,. Good service and friendly people. I'm happy with everything. Nice room. Cleanliness was good and location was good - within the grounds of the zoo, but also close to the centre of town. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Nice big suites and good food. The Zoo next door. I left a book behind and when came back later to collect, I was told there wasn't a book behind. I prefer the rooms which is on the upper rooms not where we slept the last time. they need to buy new towels the current are old though clean. Staff in the restaurant weren't very attentive. The menu was also quite limited. No lift. The worse food ever, they need to hire a chef and not cooks . There had no sea food, nor a kids friendly place.
