This place was amazing!!! The room was super nice and very clean. The bathroom must have just been redone because it was very new looking. The owner was beyond nice and accommodating. She allowed us to keep our car parked there after check out so we could continue exploring before we had to leave. She greeted us with water and a welcome drink! Every morning she made a fantastic breakfast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Bled. I can't wait to go back some day!!!.
all reviews » Fantastic value for money and a very friendly reception. It was a one night stop over so we were happy to use one room - although offered an apartment at the same price! Very well located to boats and small beach on Lake Bled, A rural setting and very quiet. Glad we ordered the optional breakfast - great food in a room with view of the Lake. Made a great first night for our holiday. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw our apartment, it was better than the photos I remember seeing when I booked. The owners are so friendly and helpful, the best service possible and made our stay very pleasant. Apartment is just out of centre of town and an easy and pleasant walk and there are boats to the island and a bus stop very close. The apartment was very nice, clean and well-equipped (air-conditioner, washing-machine), big enough for a family or a group of 5 (we were only 4), located just a few minutes' walk from the Bled Lake. It was rather quiet despite the peculiar location (see disadvantages). It had a big terrace overlooking the hill suitable for sunbathing. The place is a small family run house, which is just less than minute walk from the lake Bled, which is a joy to walk around. Very nice park, walking/cycling area, boats to walk and to go to the isle. Castle near the lake reached by car and a wonderfully lovely scenery with some stunning Alps as a nice touch for background. The owner is very, very kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean, cozy and well-furnished. The breakfast is very tasty and there's a lot of food (even home made cakes) and various things to eat. Parking is good and covered. And very important thing - it's near the lake and boat rental!. Friendly personnel and only a short walk to beautifull lake Bled. Terrific breakfast and enough parking places available. We could choose from two rooms, one larger room without balcony and one smaller with balcony. We chose the latter, but is was a bit on the small side. The place is very well located, near the Bled lake, clean and with many extras, such as house shoes, brochures about the city and fruit. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Our stance there was excellent. We completely recommend this place!. Brigitta is so nice! The room was good for three people, and breakfast was filling! It's located in Mlino, which is not far from Bled, and there's a spot to catch one of the boats to the island two minutes down the hill by foot. The service we received here far made up for this. We couldn't stay longer!. I liked everything. It was located below the road level on the hill slope so that there was a parking just above the ceiling. We didn't hear the cars moving by though. The staircase was very narrow and steep - an elderly man or a small kid would hardly cope with it (we had to carry ours downstairs and upstairs). Lack of air-condition but the building is made of wood and you can take a fan so it isn't such a problem. The wi-fi stopped working at some point, but otherwise no problems!. The owners are challenged by number of flies from nearby barn of cows while we were there in Sept. They did best possible to deal with the situation. I'm sorry this is a problem. * beds were adequate not great. Rooms are fairly compact, but good enough to accomodate the basic needs of travellers. We were attracted by the photos of an alpine-style chalet with lovely balconies. However, the window in our room was so high we could not see out even on tiptoe. Wish we stayed longer. The apartment was at street level and therfor noisy. There was a constant bad smell in the apartment which disturbed our stay. A bit small room as for a triple room. Mosquitos, small room. Nothing. The room was a little bit small for three people. Nothing. Sound isolation, door broken in the shower .
