We had a large, light, very comfortably equipped room. We were on the third floor but our bags were brought up for us - no lift. The position is excellent and the staff are the real reson I am responding to this. They spoke great English, spent time researching our onward journey and generally could not have been more helpful. It would be an excellent choice at any price. The hotel is clean and nice. Location is close to the lake, bus station and a very nice restaurant named Ostrina. Basically owner did everything including carry luggage, arranging breakfast, provided travel guides and cleanning the rooms... He did very well but we worried about his health...Hope he take care, we will visit Bled again with staying in his hotel.

The location was nice, quite close to Lake Bled, room was perfectly clean, and breakfast was also excellent. The staff adviced to visit Bohin Lake as well, and we had amazing experience during our stay. We want to go back to Slovenia!. The staff was very friendly, and helped us get our laundry done even though it was Sunday and the service was closed for the day, and we needed it the next day. The location is also right in the city center, a short walk to the lake. It was also right next to the 3glav office which was good for going to our tour the next day. The hotel was great.We had a very large suite and could use a balcony/terrace. We had a lovely view and could see the mountains and part of the lake.The breakfast was ample although the coffee wasn't the best.Overall we thought it was great value for money and we would definitley return to Slovenia and to this hotel. Lovel staff. Martin was so helpful. We loved our stay. The room was great, we had a terrace. The bed was comfortable and we had a mini bar. The hotel was in a great location and has a wonderful pizza place right across the street. Although the decor was a little dated, the room was large and comfortable, the staff was great, and the breakfast was good. Very close to the Bled lake, offers it's own free parking. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The equipment of the hotel is quite dated, but well kept and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of fruit. The staff was very friendly and helped us when we asked. The rooms are very comfortable. For the two of us had booked a room for four. The room was clean. Small hotel in the number of available rooms, quiet, rooms are relatively big, perfect location for the center of Bled and the lake of Bled, free parking. Tomas at reception cannot be faulted for his friendliness, helpfulness and hospitality. He certainly makes for a great first impression of the hotel. It's a very small hotel so I think it's not too much trouble to confirm with the reception which guests have checked out and which are still there (as it's usually done in good hotels). No news channel on T.V. which i always like but i can live without that for a couple of days. The path/drive up to reception could be an issue in winter but im sure they are well aware of this. Bathroom should be better equipped. There's no soap. Kettle should be in the room. Towels have to be renewed, no elevator but the staff helps with carrying luggage, no airco in our room only a fan. The decor is really in need of a bit of refurbishment - towels and fittings in general a bit tatty. The coffee is pretty awful, memorable for all the wrong reasons!. No elevator, as in all Slovenia. No lift. Everything was ok. Blankets. breakfast coffee was not to my taste. The coffee could be better. Location and as an apartmet to not support credit cards. The shower was a little dirty. The quality lower then 4 stars. - spiders hanging from ceiling - smelly furniture/flooring - a lot of stairs/no lift. Lack of hair dryer, small breakfast. The room was not clean eg.spiders webs hanging from ceiling dust around the edges of the room and around the bed. The bed covers were clean but the duvets and pillows had not been washed for a long time and smelt disgusting.We had to keep the windows open to get rid of the unclean smell.No wall bracket for shower only holder fixed to taps impossible to stand under .No lift . About 60 steps to climb to room.
