Staying at Marko's was great! The rooms are spacious, nice and very clean. The common kitchen has everything you could imagine to cook your food. You can park your car and wifi was good! The location is perfect, in a calm residential area, 5 minutes walking distance from the lake and city center; easy access by car. Marko is the nicest host you could have. He gives you a lot of tips on what to do and where to eat, provides maps and he really wants you to feel at home. We had a very pleasant sta.

The guesthouse has a really great location, easy to get to either by car or if you are arriving with a bus, and also is within close walking distance to the lake. We especially liked the kitchen facilities, everything you could ask for and more for people traveling on a budget and cooking their own food. Thanks Marko!. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the bus station and 10 minutes walk from the Lake Bled. The manager is very kind and humorous. We really enjoy our stay in this guest house. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Clean, spacious bedroom with good wifi, fridge, and access to big living/dining room with TV, computer, and extensive library, kitchen, a balcony over a nice garden. Tour books, maps, and information provided. Helpful owner. The room was huge and clean. The house itself is located in a quiet area of Bled, which makes it perfect for those who want to rest. The owner was friendly and very helpful, he even gave us a ride to a nearby gorge. Marko was welcoming when we arrived. His knowledge of the area was excellent. He advised us on local restaurants and activities and drove us to the start of the Vintner gorge walk. Our stay was most enjoyable. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the house is very close to the lake and the bus station. For the money we spent it was excellent. We travelled as a young couple and had a great time. Nice family run guesthouse. Everything was suitable for us. Pets are welcome. I will recommend this guesthouse all people who travel with pets. Marko is great..very hospitable and helpful. Friendly staff, good location, cosy house. Everything at its best. The only real drawback of this guesthouse is that there is no breakfast offered, but there are plenty of breakfast places in the town and the owner is ready to give you directions. Some stronger bulbs in the rooms would not go amiss, but that is really just a minor problem. The kitchen didn't have a microwave. No negatives. Nothing. Our reservation said private bathroom but what we were given was a room with shared bathroom. Nothing!. Weak wi-fi and needs some updating. it was summer and very hot, may be a fan in the room would have been nice. You have to pay in cash (very small minus).
